In hypnotic state, one is deeply relaxed and one's conscious mind is calm, allowing the client to focus on the issue and resolve.
It is used as part of a treatment plan for phobias and other anxiety disorders and also used for pain management, weight loss, smoking cessation, and various such issues.

Meditation
Meditation is a contemplative practice and since time immemorial, meditation has been used to realize oneself. Meditation helps one to attain a heightend state of awareness. It helps one to have self awarenss, mindfulness and gives clarity in every situation. It is a great means to quiet an overactive mind and release stress. As a transcendental Meditator and also having learnt various meditation techniques for the past three decades, I teach meditation to those who aspire to find their path and realize their true selves.

Life Coaching is a process of discovering yourself.
Each client will need different amounts of time to process all the information that they learn about themselves. That process is under your control. Therefore, you determine the length and frequency of your coaching experience. It may last for 3 to 6 months or more.
However, for Life Coaching, I provide a minimum period of 3 months, and more is negotiable.
Therapy Sessions or consultations are done on appointment basis.
